Our Team

Collin P. Riggs

I was born and raised in Anderson County, and I’ve always strived to improve my community.

Before law school, I worked for several years as a reporter for The Courier News and The Farragut Press. During that time, I was blessed to meet hundreds of amazing people who shared their stories and struggles with me.

My experiences there taught me an incredibly valuable lesson that I have carried into my career as an attorney: everyone wants to feel heard.

Now that I’m an attorney, I carry the same lessons I learned as a reporter: speak to people in plain English, listen to what they’re telling you, and do your best to meet them where they are.

Christopher A. Parker

I’m an East Tennessee native, Army veteran, and attorney who believes in showing up, doing things the right way, and treating people with respect.

This area shaped who I am. Its values, its people, and the way folks look out for one another, have stayed with me throughout my life.

After my time in the Army and my work within the court system, I knew I wanted to bring that experience back home and use it to help people directly. Both experiences reinforced something simple: show up, do things the right way, and be someone people can rely on.

When you work with me, you are not just another case. You are someone I am here to help, plain and simple.

  • No Pressure, Ever

Not every situation requires hiring an attorney, and that is okay. Even if you just need to understand your options, you'll walk away with useful guidance and no obligation.

  • Plain English, Always

Legal situations are stressful enough. We explain things clearly and directly. No unnecessary jargon, no confusion, just honest information you can actually use.

  • Informed Decisions

Our goal is for you to leave every conversation knowing exactly where things stand and what your options are. No runaround, no surprises, just the clarity you need to move forward.

  • You Are Not a Case Number

Around here, reputation matters and relationships matter. When you bring us your situation, we take it seriously, because we know how much it matters to you and your family.
